Ok, so once again Cadillacs and Dinosaurs is not based on the arcade game, but I was reasonably shocked at the slant Sega took with this. Reading: Cadillacs And Dinosaurs Download Getting Behind The Wheel The visuals in the actual game are decent enough, they have a cell-shaded dash to them and even with the rather modest color pallet of the Sega CD/Genesis the game is reasonably easy on the eyes.
There is the curious dinosaur hera and there, but you actually do not see much.
I say this because there is a severe lack of dinosaur in this crippled, the biggest enemies are things like trees and rocks. I feel like Jeff Goldblum in Jurassic Park, “ you do actually have dinosaurs, in your dinosaur video game, don ’ triiodothyronine you ? ” is what he would say. however, at least that game had some actual dinosaurs in it. I actually should not compare this to the Capcom game of the lapp appoint as it is kind of unfair. particularly when it comes to games that use an enliven art style. however, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs I feel has some of the best FMV on the system. We all know that when it comes to FMV, the Sega CD is not the best. I say that because the history is made up of FMV from the show.
The best thing about this game is the narrative that it tells. This is a game that was made by Sega and it is nothing like the arcade crippled. unfortunately, this Sega CD game is not based on that game. I loved this usher as a pull the leg of and what I loved, even more, was the Capcom arcade machine that was based on it. I have constantly had a voiced spot for the Sega candle and the fact that Cadillacs and Dinosaurs only got one cabinet game and it was on Sega CD is kind of cool and sad at the lapp time.
